Deep Belly Breathing

Sometimes my mind gets muddled with busy busy busy thoughts. When that happens I’ll have trouble sleeping or concentrating.
Or I’ll get nervous or angry or…you name it!

Does that ever happen to you?

One way to help with those busy thoughts is by practicing something called Deep Belly Breathing. It’s a mindfulness technique that’s so simple. All you have to do is find your favorite stuffed animal or a small pillow and breathe!
